And I'm Back!

Ok, you know how it goes. Life happens. This is the story of Daytec as of late. In our society, with the state of the economy and culture, we have to be able to adapt if we are going to survive in this turbulent world in which we find ourselves. Adaption seems to be the story of our American history. We as Americans (and probably other countries too, but I can only speak for what I know) have been adapting to our changing world since our countries creation. This is not the first time America has found itself in a tough spot, and I doubt it will be the last time either. I do not mean to endlessly babble... I am just thankful for what we have in America. I hope you can stop for a moment and be thankful for all that you have as well. Even in the worst of times, most of us have more than many others in our world. I don't really care where you sit politically. The reality is, we are a blessed people to live where we do and have the opportunities we have.

Daytec has gone through some changes in the last month. To dispel any rumors that may be circulating, no... we are not closing or selling out. We have downsized some of our work space to cut back on some of our operating costs. We are still going strong and, in some ways, doing better. Our powder coating facility was down for a few weeks as we moved them to a different building, but that is all up and running again. I plan in the near future to begin our "view from the inside" and pick up on some more interviews of employees and some bike write-ups as well. It is good to be back. Stay tooned...

Brian
