Soft Tail 180 - 200 Tire

Daytec Softail Bobber
Daytec's softail bobber frame is a spin down from our original Daytec Street Scene frame. It comes stock with a 32 degree neck rake, no stretches in backbone or down tubes. It can be furnished to accept the Evo Flat Side gas tanks or smaller single gas tanks. It is built in our standard configuration with a "Mini Factory Neck" look. The swing arm utilizes the stock Harley axle adjusting plates instead of the famous "Daytec hidden axle adjuster blocks". This frame will accept a 180 or 200 mm rear tire. All Daytec Bobber frames feature the original Daytec weld in transmission plate. The frame kit includes rear axle kit, pivot axle and bolt kit, pivot axle bearings, stainless steel rock guard and shock safety plate.

Daytec Street Scene
Daytec's Street Scene Softail Frame untilizing EVO Fat Bob Gas Tanks is the first frame Daytec developed and brought to market. Today the Street Scene frame and the Softail Bobber frame are very similar with the Bobber frame sporting the "old school" design. These frames are designed for 180/200 size tires and constructed using 1 1/8" and 1 1/2" diameter tubing. The standard design of this frame lowers the bike 1 1/8" and can be built with different rake and stretch to satisfy the customers design wish. These frames are available with gas tank mounts for either EVO flat side or Daytec single gas tank, they can also be ordered with no mounts. All Street Scene and Bobber softail frames have the original Daytec 103+ welded in transmission plate for a 5 speed or 6 speed transmission. These frames are most suitable for the conservative builder and mostly recommended for use with smaller cubic inch motors.

Daytec Gen 2
The Gen 2 Softail Frame was designed to give our original Softail frames a more modern and upgraded appearance. 200-tire size is standard with larger and heavier 1 1/4" and 1 1/2" diameter tube construction. The 103+ weld in transmission plate is standard. Backbone stretches available in +2", +3" and +5". Leg stretches also available. The Gen 2 frames have "Daytec's Original" ignition wire tube in the seat/center post and wire access holes in the backbone tube. The Gen 2 frame is recommended for a little more horsepower than the Street Scene Frame and is our most popular 200-tire size frame.
